Phlebotomy sessions involve drawing blood using vacutainer, butterfly, and syringe methods. Additionally, the course covers Injection skills, focusing on safely managing and delivering intramuscular, subcutaneous, intradermal, and z-track injections. It includes locating appropriate administration sites, understanding different needle gauges/sizes, proper needle disposal, infection control, and scope of practice.
