The course covers interpreting EKG tracings, systematic analysis of EKG strips, identification of various heart rhythms, understanding atrioventricular (AV) blocks, and recognizing the signs of common cardiovascular diseases. It also focuses on healthy lifestyle choices and managing medical conditions. Objectives: Discuss cardiovascular system anatomy and physiology. Describe abnormal heart rhythm characteristics.
