This course is designed for Medical Assistants to regain confidence in their Administrative and Clinical skills and prepare for certification exams. The course includes online reviews; covering patient assessment, vital signs, medication administration, injections, IV therapy, Phlebotomy, human body systems, and more. Program Structure Duration: 3 weeks. Weeks 1 - 3: Study course content online, available for print or download to a computer or tablet. Admission Requirements: Minimum age of 18. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Completed a medical assistant training or education program within the last 5 years OR 1 year of supervised work experience in a medical assisting field within the last 3 years; or 2 years of supervised work experience in a medical assisting field within the last 5 years. TRAIN FOR SUCCESS INC. no longer uses MedCa certification vendor; therefore participants will be directed to schedule the actual certification exam with an examination vendor of your choice. NHA is widely recognized in the State of Florida; therefore you can select a testing site in your location after you have completed the examination prep course (see more info below). **The Medical Assistant certification examination fee is not included in the course.
